This policy applies to all ISO Lite Bites digital products (mini‑courses, bundles, downloads and subscriptions) bought directly through our checkout or any course platform we use. Because our products are digital and delivered online, access is usually granted immediately after payment.

We aim to handle all refund requests and support queries in a way that is fair, clear and professional.
We look at each case individually and may offer a refund, partial refund, course switch, credit or guidance, depending on what has happened.
