Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all ISO Lite Bites digital products (mini‑courses, bundles, downloads and subscriptions) bought directly through our checkout or any course platform we use.  Because our products are digital and delivered online, access is usually granted immediately after payment.


Your statutory consumer rights still apply and, where they offer stronger protection, they override this policy.


Our refund approach

We aim to handle all refund requests and support queries in a way that is fair, clear and professional.

We look at each case individually and may offer a refund, partial refund, course switch, credit or guidance, depending on what has happened.


When a refund may be offered

You may be eligible for a refund (full or partial) if:


  • You have a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you contact support.
  • You accidentally bought the same course or bundle more than once (we will usually refund the duplicate payment and keep one access active).
  • You bought the wrong course by mistake (for example, the wrong standard or level) and you have not meaningfully used the original course.
  • Key information about the product was materially inaccurate in a way that significantly affected your purchase decision.


Refund requests should normally be made within 14 days of purchase. Requests after 14 days are considered at the Business Owner’s discretion.


When refunds are normally not given

Refunds are usually not available if:


  • You have completed or substantially completed the course content.
  • The course matches its description and the request is based only on a change of mind or personal preference after access.
  • The request is made significantly after the 14‑day window without exceptional reasons.
  • There is evidence of misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraud or breach of the course terms.
  • The issue is due to your own IT setup (for example, outdated browser or unsupported device) and the course works for other users.


How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email our support address (admin@isolitebites.com) with:


  • Your full name
  • Purchase email
  • Order reference
  • A brief explanation of the issue


We may ask for extra information (such as screenshots or error messages) so we can review your request properly.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 1–2 business days and to process any approved refund within 14 days of agreeing it.

Refunds are normally made using the original payment method unless we agree a different method with you.


Customer care and complaints

For any support queries (access issues, navigation questions or course usage), please contact us via the published support email (admin@isolitebites.com) or contact form. We aim to:


  • Acknowledge new messages within 1–2 business days
  • Resolve straightforward access issues within a few business days, where platform and payment information are available
  • Communicate in a professional, clear and empathetic way


If you wish to make a complaint, contact support (admin@isolitebites.com) and explain the issue. We will investigate, review relevant information and respond with our findings and any remedy (such as clarification, troubleshooting, replacement access, discount, partial refund or full refund where appropriate).  Complex or sensitive complaints may be escalated to the Business owner for a final decision.
