While they are not currently certified by a specific external body, they are structured to support CPD, internal competence development, and ISO audit expectations in a practical, real‑world way.

Yes. Each mini‑course clearly states an approximate completion time (typically around 1 hour) that you can record as CPD. We also provide certificates and digital badges on completion, which you can use as evidence for your CPD records or professional development discussions with your employer.er to this item.

ISO Lite Bites is based in the UK, and our courses are designed with UK and international ISO requirements in mind. Because everything is delivered online, learners from any country can enrol and complete courses at a time that suits their time zone.

 Each “lite bite” is designed to be completed in around 1 hour, including learning time and short knowledge checks. You can complete the course in a single sitting or break it into smaller chunks, depending on your schedule. 

 Lite Bites are designed for people who already have some responsibility for ISO or compliance, but you don’t need to be a lead auditor. If you’re brand new, they give you a clear, practical starting point

Yes. All courses are self‑paced, meaning you can start, pause, and resume whenever it suits you. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can fit learning around your work and personal commitments. 

You only need a device with a modern web browser and a reliable internet connection. Courses can usually be accessed on a desktop, laptop, or tablet; for the best experience, we recommend a larger screen when reviewing documents, templates, or detailed process examples. 

 Our core mini‑courses are designed to be self‑guided, with clear explanations, examples, and activities built in. For organisations or learners needing more support, we may be able to offer add‑on options such as Q&A sessions, workshops, or bespoke training, just contact us to discuss your needs. 

Yes – every course includes a short knowledge check and a downloadable CPD certificate you can store in your training records or share with your employer. 

 Yes. All courses include digital badges that you can add to your LinkedIn profile or share on social media. Details of available badges are shown on each course page, along with simple instructions on how to claim and display them once you complete the course. 

 Course prices vary depending on the topic and depth of coverage, but each mini‑course is priced to be affordable as a standalone CPD activity. The current price for each course or collection is shown clearly on the course page before you enrol. 

 Yes. We offer discounted collections and bundles that group related courses together (for example, by standard or role), so you can build a broader understanding at better value. Bundle options and savings will be shown on the website, and we may also be able to create custom bundles for organisations. 

We accept common online payment methods such as major debit and credit cards, and may also support other secure payment options depending on our payment provider. All payments are processed through a secure checkout to protect your details.

Yes. In addition to our pre‑built online mini‑courses, we can work with organisations to design and deliver bespoke in‑house training, tailored workshops, or implementation support. Yes. If you’re unable to access your course, please contact us with your name, email address, and the course you purchased. We’ll investigate the issue and, where your access period is still valid, restore your course access as quickly as possible.

On the login page, click the “Forgot password?” link and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to create a new password; if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us for help.

 All ISO Lite Bites courses and resources are currently delivered in English. This includes on-screen text and assessments.  If you require support with understanding any part of the course content, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
